Foreign
Complete a Certificate of Registration for a Foreign Limited Liability Company to register a foreign limited liability company in DC. This form registers your company to transact business in DC.
Choose a registered agent, a person who will serve as the point of contact between your business and DC, and complete the
Written Consent to Act as Registered Agent.
Attach a recently dated Certificate of Good Standing from the jurisdiction under which the limited partnership is organized.
